VPN for casinos

Been playing on crypto casinos for a while now and always used a VPN but my provider just shut down so I'm looking at new options. Static IP vs dedicated IP, which actually works better for this? And if the only dedicated IP option available is Italy does that cause problems or is it fine?
 
Dedicated IP is the better option here. Shared IPs get flagged way more often especially on crypto casinos that have been cracking down lately. Italy as a location should be fine for most of them.
 
went through this exact situation a few months ago. dedicated held up fine static got blocked on two sites within a week. just my experience but it was pretty consistent
 
Italy shouldn't cause issues on its own but worth checking the specific site terms before you commit to anything. Some have regional flags that aren't obvious until you're already locked in
