What's the best casino you've actually played on and what made it stand out, and which one would you tell people to avoid and why. Curious to see if the same names come up.
 
LeoVegas for best, consistently fast withdrawals and never had a complaint resolved badly, been with them for years and they've earned it. Worst was a site I won't name but the withdrawal took 6 weeks and support just kept resetting the clock every time I contacted them.
 
PlayOJO gets my vote for best just because the no wagering model is what it says it is, win something and it's yours, no hoops, no reading the fine print, just works. haven't found a worst yet that I want to put in writing
 
Best for me is Casumo, the game selection is huge and new releases show up faster than most sites I've tried. The loyalty programme isn't brilliant but everything else works.
 
32Red. Been around forever, licensed properly, withdrawals within 72 hours every time. The welcome bonus terms aren't the most generous but I'd rather have a site I trust than a flashy offer from somewhere I don't.
 
worst experience I ever had was a site that held my withdrawal for verification for three weeks, sent documents four times, each time they said they hadn't received them, eventually just filed a regulator complaint and it resolved in two days. not naming it but it's a pattern you see reported a lot
 
Mr Green has been decent for me, support actually responds properly and withdrawals have always landed without issues, game lobby is a bit curated but that suits me fine.
 
The best casinos I've used all have one thing in common which is that you never really have to think about the withdrawal, it just happens within a day or two and that's the end of it. The worst ones are the ones where requesting a withdrawal suddenly triggers a whole new set of processes that didn't exist when you were depositing.
 
Worst I ever used didn't have an obvious licensing number anywhere on the site, only found it buried in the footer after I'd already deposited. Never again and I should have checked first.

Best is hard to answer because it depends what you're looking for but for pure reliability over time I'd say Bet365, never spectacular but never wrong either. Worst I'll just say involved a six week wait and a regulator complaint and I'd rather forget the name.

unpopular take but I think Bet365 gets undersold in these conversations because it doesn't have the best bonuses or the most slots, but if you just want something that works without drama it's hard to beat
