That max cap thing should be illegal in my opinion. You completed the wagering, you earned the right to withdraw what you won. Capping it after the fact feels like a bait and switch.

Cleared a few over the years and come out ahead maybe 30% of the time by my rough estimate. Enough to keep trying but not enough to call it a reliable strategy.
