Withdrawals and KYC verification

The processing time after verification is the part I can't excuse. Documents approved, account verified, withdrawal still sitting there for another 48 hours. What is actually happening during that time.

my second withdrawal on the same site took about four hours after I was already verified. first one took eight days including the KYC. so it does get better

The inconsistency between sites is what I find strange. Some complete KYC in a few hours, others take a week for the same documents. There's no standard turnaround and that's where trust issues start.

Just upload everything they could possibly ask for on your first withdrawal and get it over with. ID both sides, selfie, address proof, bank statement. Send it all at once and you won't be going back and forth for days.
