There’s a Charge Meter which will be filled a little for each band member that’s part of a winning combination. If the meter is filled with 4 to 6  charges, it triggers the Concert feature. 

Clearing the whole grid will bring you 8 free spins. The band member that’s onscreen when Free Spins are triggered will perform their Solo on every non-winning free spin and Martina’s Solo will automatically activate after every free spin.
