Tell us a bit about yourself. Who are you and what is your role at HungryBear?
I am Justin Chamberlain and I am the founder and CEO of Hungrybear Gaming.
How did you first start in the gambling industry? What were the initial challenges?
I have been in the gaming industry for 20 years, predominantly on the supply side, and have founded and led several start-ups. My most recent prior to HB was CORE Gaming, which I successfully built and led to an eventual acquisition by Sky Betting & Gaming in 2016. The initial challenges when I first started were building connections, trust, and reputation. I have never been short of original ideas but operators and platform partners to support those ideas and visions early on was a challenge.
With so many game studios on the market, what do you think is the biggest differentiator for HungryBear?

Top of the pile here, and my personal favorite due to how much I’m winning from it, is our hugely successful title: Big River Fishing, a whopper of a game with huge pay-out potential in the base game, and a FREE SPIN bonus with cash collector. What is the most important aspect of a slot from your perspective?

Is there any way to predict if a slot is going to be a hit or not?

Looking to the future, what is the next big release HungryBear is planning?
Our next biggest release this year is our REAL Money version of Slot Masters. Q2 will see the release of this ground breaking product in regulated markets to our portfolio of Tier 1 operators.

If you weren’t in the gambling industry, what other industry would you want to work in?
After this journey is over I am going into the movie business!
