Anyone else on a proper losing streak right now

Three sessions this week, nothing. Not even close to a decent win. I know variance is a thing but at some point you start questioning everything your bet size, which slots you're picking, whether you should even bother. Not rage quitting or anything, just genuinely curious if others go through stretches like this and what you do. Do you take a break, switch games, lower stakes?

I take a break or play other games I love/low volatility titles(ie <500x max win).

These days I don't tilt off my balance unless it's a huge bonus and I have bugger all time to complete it(these 40-45x wagers with 72hrs to complete becoming the norm is rough. Like deposit $40 with 200% bonus and 45x wager is $5400 to wager in 3 days.. not that fun)

Yeah the wager timer is the part that actually tilts me more than the losing. You're basically playing stressed the whole time trying to hit some number before the clock runs out. Low vol is underrated honestly.

Three sessions and nothing? I had two full weeks like that earlier this year. Switched from high variance slots to something more medium and it helped psychologically even if the math is the same.

i just lower my bets when im losing like if im normally on 1euro i drop to 0.50 and it makes the session last longer at least.

Variance doesn't care about your feelings unfortunately. If you're playing high volatility titles like Mental or Wanted Dead or a Wild you have to be prepared for 50+ dead spins in a row. That's the mechanic, not bad luck.

The question you should be asking is what your actual edge is. Spoiler: there isn't one. House edge on slots ranges from 3% to 12% depending on the title. Long enough timeline and you will always be down. Managing your sessions is damage control not strategy.
