There's a pattern going around with certain casino sites. Deposit goes through instantly, games work fine, then you try to withdraw and the whole thing falls apart. Documents requested again and again, withdrawals stuck in pending for weeks, support giving you nothing, like always .

Vegas Hero requested three withdrawals of 500 euro each back in September 2025. Convenient that as soon as verification kicked in everything ground to a halt. They want documents I already sent, reject them for formatting reasons, then ask for something else entirely. Support just tells you to wait. Months later still waiting. Shocking how that works.

@DaviCasino the document rejection loop is a classic. they know most people give up by round three. funny how the requests only multiply once there's real money involved.

Haz Casino voided my entire balance after a winning session on the basis of a bonus term I was supposedly in breach of. I had not taken a bonus in weeks. When I requested their specific evidence for the breach they stopped responding to tickets. This is not a compliance process, it is a confiscation process dressed up as one.
