Cashback or free spins, which do you actually prefer?

Curious what people genuinely value more when a casino offers a choice between the two. Free spins feel more exciting in the moment but cashback feels like it actually means something at the end of a losing week.
Does the math even favor one over the other or is it just down to personal preference and how you like to play?

Cashback every time for me. Free spins are usually tied to one specific slot I might not even like, while cashback I can use however I want.

Depends entirely on the percentage and the wagering attached. A 10% cashback with no wagering beats free spins on a slot with a 96% RTP almost every time mathematically.

I like free spins because there's a chance of a big multiplier hit. Cashback is just guaranteed small money back, no upside.

cashback feels better after a bad week tbh. free spins just feel like a consolation prize on a slot i didnt even pick.

depends what mood im in honestly. some weeks i want the cashback safety net other weeks im happy to gamble it on spins

Free spins value is almost always overstated by the casino marketing it. A handful of spins on a 0.20 bet isn't worth much compared to a real cashback percentage on your actual losses.

The wagering requirement is the deciding factor for me more than the reward type itself. Low wager cashback beats high wager free spins easily.

Cashback is the only one that feels like the casino is actually giving you something back rather than just hoping you redeposit to chase a bonus.
