How long are your withdrawals actually taking lately

Had a €200 withdrawal sitting for 3 days now, status just says "processing." I get that verification takes time but this is the third time in a row it's gone past the advertised window. First two times support just told me to wait 3-5 business days and that was that. Is this happening to others or is it just my casino? Which sites are actually paying out fast right now?

Three days on a 200 withdrawal is already too long in my opinion. Anything over 24 hours and I start asking questions. Have you completed full KYC on that account?

same thing happened to me recently. ended up being a document they needed but nobody told me. worth checking your email including spam

Processing times have definitely gotten worse across the board this year. Not just one site. I think increased traffic and stricter AML checks are slowing everything down.

i just expect 5 days now for anything. stopped getting stressed about it tbh. if it goes past that then i start chasing

The 3-5 business days thing is basically a get out of jail free card for them. Means they can sit on your money until Friday and it's technically within policy if you requested Monday.

Had a withdrawal clear in 4 hours last week and another take 6 days the week before. Same casino. No idea what determines the speed honestly.

Withdrawal speed usually comes down to payment method and whether your account is fully verified. E-wallets like Skrill or Neteller are almost always faster than card or bank transfer. If you're withdrawing to a card expect the longer end of that window.

I always go e-wallet now for exactly that reason. Bank transfers are painfully slow and you have no visibility on where it actually is.

Support telling you to just wait is so frustrating. At least give me something specific. Is it with the payment provider? Is there a queue? Anything.

Worth asking support to escalate it if it's past the stated timeframe. Sometimes just pushing gets it moved along. Be polite but firm about it.
