Hi! Great question, this catches a lot of players off guard.

This tournament uses the Profitability scoring system. Your score isn't based on how much you win in total. It's based on your net profit: total coins won minus total coins bet.

So every spin affects your score in both directions:
  • If you win more than you bet on a spin, your score goes up
  • If the spin loses (or wins less than you bet), your score goes down
That means if you hit a big win early and keep playing afterwards, a losing streak can eat into your profit, and your leaderboard score drops along with it. It can even go negative if the losses outweigh your wins. This is how the mechanic is designed to work, it's not a bug or an error in your account.
