Withdrawals and KYC verification

Nobody mentions KYC when you're signing up and depositing. The process is smooth, takes two minutes, you're playing straight away. Then you try to withdraw for the first time and suddenly they need your ID, proof of address, bank statement, source of funds and whatever else they can think of. Would it kill them to mention this upfront so it's not a complete surprise the first time it happens...?

Standard nowadays unfortunately, every licensed site has to do it at some point. Still annoying that they wait until you try to withdraw before asking though.

literally same experience. deposited fine, played fine, then tried to cash out and hit a wall

The timing is what gets me. They're happy to take your deposit instantly but the moment you want money back it suddenly requires a full documentation review.

immune to it now. just send the docs and wait. used to stress about it but its the same process everywhere..
