good evening i have a dispute with goldbet casino

My wife used my phone to register her account while i was out wotking in the yard i came in and later that evening she told me that she is actually enjoying the casino and there bonuses. So i decided to join once i joined using my phone they said its a duplicate account i messaged support and they said to prove its not a buplicate account i need to make a deposit and play normally which is what i did i was enjoying the casino i made some money on it not much but the min. I wanted to make withdrawal i was told to make another deposit which i did and played a bit more and made the withdrawal request all of the sudden I'm blocked and banned from the casino even my wifes account is blocked and if they look at IP they will see my wifes account only logged on from my IP or phone at the registration process

In the meantime, we'd also suggest putting everything in writing to their support team. Explain that two different accounts were registered from the same phone. Make it clear there was never any intent to create a duplicate account, and ask them to review the registration timestamps and activity logs, which should back up your case.
