1. Campaign Organization
The competition (the "Tournament") is organized by GSH Online Media SRL, based in Bucharest, Romania, Nestorel 1, Sector 4, River Plaza Building (the "Organizer").
The Tournament runs across three brands operated by the Organizer — BetBrain.com, SlotsCalendar.com and BetOnValue.com — on a single shared leaderboard with a single shared prize pool.
The prize pool is offered by the Tournament Sponsor, whose brand is displayed on the tournament page. The Organizer administers the Tournament and the distribution of prizes on the Sponsor's behalf.
2. Free-to-Play — No Deposit, Skill-Based Competition
This Tournament is a free-to-play promotional competition with a skill element. Specifically:
- No deposit or payment of any kind is required to register, participate, or win. No purchase is necessary at any stage.
- Participants compete by answering prediction questions about real-world sports events curated by the Organizer. Outcomes on the leaderboard are determined by the participant's knowledge and judgement (which answers they select), not exclusively by chance.
- No real-money wagering takes place. Predictions carry no stake and have no monetary value; they only determine positions on the Tournament leaderboard.
- Prizes (Section 6) are promotional rewards awarded for leaderboard placement, not gambling winnings.
- This Tournament is not gambling and does not require the participant to risk anything of value.
3. Eligibility
Participation is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum legal gambling age in their country/jurisdiction of residence, and who hold a valid government-issued ID.
Legal entities and companies cannot participate. Employees of GSH Online Media and its affiliates or subsidiaries are excluded.
One account per person, per website. A participant may register on more than one of the three host brands, but see Section 5.4 — only one account per person is ever eligible for prizes.
One registration per IP address per brand. Where multiple accounts are found sharing the same IP address, all such accounts may be disqualified at the Organizer's discretion.
Only accounts with a confirmed e-mail address are eligible for prizes.
By joining, participants accept these Terms and Conditions and the general Terms & Conditions of the brand they play on.
4. Participation & Predictions
During the Tournament window the Organizer publishes pools of prediction questions. Each question offers a set of predefined answer options; the participant selects one option per question before that question's lock time.
Picks lock at the stated lock time (typically the relevant kick-off). Submissions after lock time are rejected, and locked picks cannot be changed.
Only picks submitted within the Tournament window on the questions published by the Organizer count toward the leaderboard.
Participants must not engage in conduct that violates these Terms or involves suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal practices — including multi-accounting, IP/identity manipulation, use of bots, scripts, automation tools, or exploitation of software errors. Any violation may lead to immediate disqualification, removal from the leaderboard, and cancellation of prizes, at the Organizer's discretion.
5. Leaderboard & Scoring
5.1 Points
Each question carries a points value, which is displayed in that pool's section on the campaign page.
A participant earns the displayed points for each correct answer.
5.2 Pool Multipliers
Each pool has a multiplier, displayed in that pool's section.
A pool's multiplier becomes applicable only if the participant has answered every question in that pool. If any question in a pool is left unanswered, the multiplier does not apply to that pool.
5.3 Ranking & Tie-Breakers
The leaderboard is ranked by total cumulative points across all pools.
Where two or more participants have the same number of points, ranking is decided by the following differentiators, in order:
Correct Answers — higher number ranks higher.
Correct Answers in a row — longer best streak ranks higher.
Total Multipliers hit — more applicable pool multipliers ranks higher.
Total Answers — more questions answered ranks higher.
The leaderboard is updated daily. For special questions, settlement and the corresponding leaderboard update may take up to 24 hours after the event has finished.
The leaderboard displayed during the Tournament is provisional; final standings are confirmed by the Organizer after the End Date, following fair-play verification.
Malfunction voids play: questions, picks, or scores affected by a technical malfunction, settlement error, or interrupted game state may be voided and excluded from scoring.
5.4 One Eligible Account Per Person (Cross-Brand)
The leaderboard is shared across BetBrain, SlotsCalendar and BetOnValue. A participant who joins on more than one brand will, for the purpose of prizes, be considered under a single account — the one with the highest number of points. Their other accounts will be disqualified from the prize ranking.
6. Prize Pool & Distribution
The total prize pool and prize distribution is decided at a tournament level and is offered by the Tournament Sponsor (the brand displayed on the tournament page), shared between the top 20 participants in the final shared standings.
Prizes are paid in USDT to a wallet provided by the winner during prize claim. Network/transfer fees and any taxes arising from receiving a prize are the winner's responsibility, where applicable by law.
Winners are determined exclusively by the final leaderboard standings under Section 5.
Each prize is awarded manually and only after the winner confirms and passes verification (Section 7).
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are not transferable.
6.1 Winner Notification, Claim & Payment
After the Tournament ends, the Organizer sends a notification to all winners at their registered e-mail address.
To receive their prize, winners are obliged to confirm their account and provide their crypto (USDT) wallet address within seven (7) days of the Tournament ending. Winners who do not confirm and provide a valid wallet address within this 7-day period will be disqualified, and their prize may be re-awarded to the next-ranked participant or withdrawn, at the Organizer's discretion.
Payment is made within seven (7) working days after the final standings have been confirmed (Section 5.3) and the winner has completed confirmation and verification (Section 7). If the payment day falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment is made on the next working day.
E-mail deliverability fallback: because of e-mail platform limitations, some winners may not receive the Organizer's notification. If a winner has not received a notification within two (2) days of the Tournament ending, they should contact the Organizer's support team directly (the support e-mail is available on the website). This does not extend the 7-day confirmation deadline above.
7. Winner Verification
Before a prize is released, the Organizer will ask the winner to provide proof of age and identity (valid government-issued ID showing the winner is 18+ / of legal age in their jurisdiction, and confirmation of registration data).
Failure to confirm, provide a valid wallet address, provide the requested proof, or complete verification before the payment date (Section 6.1), or any discrepancy indicating a breach of these Terms (including multi-accounting or shared-IP findings), results in forfeiture of the prize. Forfeited prizes may be re-awarded to the next-ranked participant or withdrawn, at the Organizer's discretion.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
By participating, each user consents to the processing of personal data for the operation of the Tournament — registration, leaderboard display (username only), winner notification, identity and age verification, prize delivery, and related promotional announcements.
The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable local and EU regulations. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy of the brand the participant plays on.
9. Disputes, Changes & Termination
In the case of any dispute regarding the Tournament, leaderboard, or prizes, the Organizer's decision is final, without prejudice to participants' statutory rights.
The Organizer reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time; material changes will be announced on the campaign page.
The Tournament may be suspended or terminated in case of emergency, technical failure, fraud affecting its integrity, or circumstances beyond the Organizer's control. If terminated early, standings at the moment of termination may be used to award prizes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
10. Additional Terms — Quick Answers
1. Who can win the prizes?
1.1 Any eligible participant who passes age/identity verification (Section 7) and finishes in the top 20 of the final shared standings.
2. Who offers the prizes?
2.1 The prize pool is offered by the Tournament Sponsor (the brand displayed on the tournament page). The Organizer (GSH Online Media SRL) administers the Tournament and distributes the prizes in USDT on the Sponsor's behalf.
3. Does it cost anything to play?
3.1 No. The Tournament is entirely free to play — no deposit, no purchase, no real-money stake.
4. I played on more than one of your sites — do all my accounts count?
4.1 No. The leaderboard is shared. Only your highest-scoring account is eligible for a prize; the others are disqualified.
