iPhone Duo Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. Organiser
The iPhone Duo Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is organised by GSH Online Media SRL, Nestorel 1, Sector 4, River Plaza Building, Bucharest, Romania, ("we", "us", the "Organiser"). Contact: [email protected]
2. The Giveaway
2.1 The Giveaway is a free prize draw for one iPhone Duo (section 10). It runs on SlotsCalendar, BetBrain and BetOnValue (the "Sites").
2.2 Entries in the draw can be earned through several methods, set out in section 5. The more entries you hold, the higher your chance of winning.
2.3 No purchase, deposit or payment of any kind is needed to take part or to win. Registering with, clicking on or depositing with any third-party operator is never needed to take part and never earns entries.
2.4 All game play in the Giveaway uses demo coins. Demo coins have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged for anything of value.
2.5 The Giveaway is not gambling. No real-money wagering takes place: game results only decide tournament positions and challenge completion. The prize is a promotional reward, not gambling winnings.
3. Giveaway period
3.1 Entries can be earned from 28 September 2026, 00:00 CET to 30 November 2026, 23:59 CET (the "Giveaway Period").
3.2 The prize draw takes place on 4 December 2026.
3.3 All times in these terms are Central European Time (CET).
4. Who can take part
4.1 The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age that applies in their country of residence.
4.2 Restricted countries. Residents of the following countries cannot take part: Australia, Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, France, Greece, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Peru, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Syria and Venezuela. Accounts registered from, or belonging to a resident of, any of these countries are not eligible to earn entries or win.
4.3 Our employees, their immediate families and anyone professionally involved in running the Giveaway cannot take part.
4.4 We may ask any participant for proof of age, identity and residence at any time. A participant who cannot provide it is disqualified.
5. How to earn entries
5.1 To take part, join the Giveaway free of charge on the campaign page of any of the Sites during the Giveaway Period, and verify your email address.
5.2 Entries can be earned through the following methods:
(a) the Social Tournament (section 6);
(b) challenges (section 7);
(c) any other entry method we announce on the campaign page during the Giveaway Period. The rules of each new method, including how many entries it gives, are published there before it starts.
5.3 Entries from all methods are added together into one draw. Every entry has the same chance of being drawn.
5.4 You can see your own entries, by method, in "My entries" on the campaign page. Tournament entries shown during the Giveaway Period are an estimate based on your current rank.
5.5 Joining the Giveaway does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
6. Entry method 1: the Social Tournament
6.1 The Social Tournament is a skill-based, free-to-play slot tournament played with demo coins during the Giveaway Period. Its skill element is in-game trivia: your answers decide the multipliers applied to your in-game winnings, so your result is not determined by chance alone.
6.2 Daily balance. Every participant starts with a balance of 100,000 demo coins. Each day at 00:00 CET, any balance below 100,000 demo coins is reset to 100,000. A balance above 100,000 demo coins is kept as it is.
6.3 Trivia multipliers. At moments set in the tournament settings, you are asked trivia questions during play. The more questions you answer correctly, the higher the multiplier, applied to your winnings on a set number of following game rounds. The trigger moments, the number of boosted rounds and the multiplier scale are shown on the campaign page.
6.4 Trivia rules. Each question can be answered once, within the time limit shown on screen. An unanswered question counts as incorrect. You must answer personally and without help: using search engines, AI tools, automated solvers or another person's help is a fair-play breach (section 8). Our validation of correct answers is final.
6.5 Your tournament score is the highest single-win multiplier you achieve in one spin during the Giveaway Period, including any trivia multiplier, on any game available in the tournament.
6.6 Wins in the base game, in bonus features and from bonus buys all count.
6.7 There is one leaderboard, shared by all three Sites. Your final rank is your position on it at 30 November 2026, 23:59 CET, after any disqualifications under section 8.

7. Entry method 2: challenges
7.1 During the Giveaway Period, we will run several challenges that give extra entries. We decide, at our discretion, how many challenges run, when they run, what each one asks for and how many extra entries each one gives. Each challenge is worth between 5 and 100 extra entries.
7.2 The details of each challenge are published on the campaign page before it starts: what to do, the eligible games, the start and end time, and the number of extra entries. We may also announce challenges by email. You do not need to subscribe to emails to take part.
7.3 Challenges are completed through demo play only. No purchase, deposit, registration with a third-party operator or click on an offer is ever part of a challenge, and none of these ever earns entries.
7.4 Each challenge can be completed once per person, however many accounts you hold on the Sites. Extra entries are awarded only for challenges completed within their published window. Participants who join later cannot earn entries for challenges that have already ended.
7.5 To take part in a challenge, your account must have joined the Giveaway and verified its email address before the challenge was announced.
7.6 Challenge entries do not appear on the public leaderboard. They show in "My entries" as pending while the challenge runs, and as confirmed once we have checked them.
7.7 Game rounds played for a challenge also count toward your tournament score.
7.8 If a challenge game becomes unavailable or a challenge cannot run as published, we may replace the game with a comparable one, extend the window or cancel the challenge. Once published, the number of extra entries a challenge gives is never reduced.
8. Fair play, audits and disqualification
8.1 One person, one participation. If you hold accounts on more than one of the Sites, we merge them: you keep your best rank, and each challenge counts once.
8.2 Duplicate or fake accounts, automated play (bots or scripts), outside help with trivia and any attempt to manipulate the leaderboard, trivia or any entry method void all of the person's entries.
8.3 All entries are provisional. We audit the leaderboard and all entries every week during the Giveaway Period, and again between 1 and 3 December 2026. We may remove any entries or accounts that break these terms.
8.4 Game rounds or trivia affected by a technical malfunction may be voided, re-issued or excluded from scoring.
8.5 If you think a decision about your entries is wrong, email our support within 24 hours of the decision. Our decision after review is final.
9. The draw
9.1 On 3 December 2026 we publish the final entry list on the campaign page. Each participant appears under an anonymised ID with a numbered entry range, e.g. #041,218 – #041,227. The list comes with a checksum so that it can be checked afterwards.
9.2 The draw takes place on 4 December 2026, streamed live on our YouTube channel. The link is published on the campaign page beforehand.
9.3 The winning entry is chosen with http://random.org , as a random whole number from 1 to the total number of entries. The participant who holds that entry number is the winner.
9.4 Two reserve entries are drawn in the same way, in order. If a number drawn belongs to a participant already drawn or disqualified, it is drawn again.
9.5 If the livestream fails, the draw goes ahead with an independent witness and is recorded, and the unedited recording is published.
10. The prize
10.1 There is one prize: one iPhone Duo, or its value in Bitcoin, as the winner chooses. There is no cash alternative.
10.2 Bitcoin value. The Bitcoin value is the retail price of the iPhone Duo base model on Apple's official US online store, converted to Bitcoin at the exchange rate on the day of payment. It is paid to a Bitcoin wallet address the winner provides. The winner is responsible for giving a correct address.
10.3 The phone. If the winner chooses the iPhone Duo, we buy it from a retail store in the winner's country once it is on sale there, and ship it to the address the winner gives. We are not responsible for the shipment, including loss, damage or delay in transit.
10.4 Switching. A winner who chose the iPhone Duo can ask at any time before it ships to receive the Bitcoin value instead (10.2).
10.5 The prize is personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged, except as set out in 10.4.
10.6 Any taxes or duties due on the prize in the winner's country are the winner's responsibility, unless the law of that country requires otherwise.
10.7 The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or run by Apple Inc. "iPhone" is a trademark of Apple Inc.
11. Winner notification and claiming the prize
11.1 We email the winner on 4 December 2026, straight after the draw, at the address linked to their account.
11.2 The winner must reply by 11 December 2026, 23:59 CET (7 days) to: (a) confirm acceptance; (b) choose the iPhone Duo or the Bitcoin value; (c) provide proof of age, identity and residence, and the delivery address or Bitcoin wallet address.
11.3 If the winner does not reply in time, or fails winner verification (a check of identity, age, residence and entries), they are disqualified and forfeit the prize. The first reserve is then contacted on the same terms, with 7 days to reply, and after that the second reserve.
11.4 If no winner or reserve claims the prize under these terms, no prize is awarded.
12. Publicity
By taking part, you agree that if you win, we may publish your first name, the initial of your last name, your country and your winning entry number on the Sites, in our forum and in our emails. We publish nothing else about the winner without their consent.
13. Personal data
We use participants' data to run the Giveaway: joining, tournament scoring, trivia, entries, audits, the draw, contacting the winner and delivering the prize. The published entry list shows only anonymised IDs. Full details are in our privacy notice.
14. Third parties
14.1 The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Apple Inc., YouTube, Google or http://random.org .
14.2 Offers from third-party operators that may appear on the Sites are separate from the Giveaway. They never affect your entries or rank.
15. Changes to the Giveaway and these terms
15.1 We may change these terms or the Giveaway if needed, for example because of technical problems, fraud or circumstances beyond our control. Any change is published on the campaign page before it takes effect.
15.2 No change will reduce entries already confirmed.
15.3 If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons beyond our control, we may suspend or end it early, and the draw will be made from the entries confirmed at that time.
16. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for: technical failures, errors or delays on the Sites or with game providers; lost, late or undelivered emails; loss, damage or delay during shipment of the prize; or changes to the price or availability of the iPhone Duo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
17. General
17.1 The Giveaway is for entertainment. All play is with demo coins and involves no real-money gambling. Please play responsibly.
17.2 These terms are written in English, and the English version applies.
17.3 These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes go to the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
