Let’s see what Julia Saburova, Head of ALL FOR ONE Studios, has to say about their evolution and how they plan to expand their operations in the future.

Tell us more about yourself and ALL FOR ONE Studios?

Hi, I’m Julia Saburova, head of ALL FOR ONE Studios, a casino slot games producer based in Tallinn, Estonia. I really enjoy new challenges, so for me, setting up a studio was a very attractive and worthwhile project.

Our studio was formed in 2018, so we’re still a relatively young team, and seeing the growth we have experienced both from staffing capacity as well as content delivery is wonderful.

What really sets us apart is the level to which we’re data led. We carry out lots of analysis to ensure we make the correct design and gamification decisions to optimise player experience. All of our titles are released exclusively via Games Global.

How did you get into iGaming and how do you find working in the industry?

I started out about two decades back in software development and took a deep dive into casino slot creation over ten years ago. That led me to the setup of ALL FOR ONE, which keeps me on my toes and exhilarated every day.

What fascinates me about iGaming is that no day is ever boring; you’re always learning something new. When it comes to game creation, there are so many different areas to consider – math, game concept design, graphic design and animation, coding, testing and much more. All of these elements must come together to create the kind of great content that players will love.

What has been your biggest challenge and your most satisfying success?

Looking back, my biggest challenge wasn’t actually setting up the studio and getting it up to speed. It’s what I’m doing now: keeping it on track and maintaining growth in an ever-changing iGaming landscape.

The most satisfaction comes when our games are performing well, the team is happy, and the players are really responding positively to the experience we’ve created. That all gives me an enourmous amount of pride, energy and motivation.

Founded in 2018, ALL FOR ONE has created a super content portfolio. How have the titles evolved since inception?

Since we’re a relatively young studio, we’re still learning a lot from every game we’ve produced. So far, I’d say it’s our evolution in visual quality and game mechanics that really stands out. That has paved the way for our hits including the Gold CollectorÔ and 6 TokensÔ  series, as well as the upcoming Kings of Crystals IIÔ, which comes out in November 2024.

In what markets are ALL FOR ONE’s titles performing the best and why do you think this is?

We’re seeing great performance across all markets supported by Games Global, but the UK and Canada stand out as particularly strong regions for us. We are able to target certain markets with some of our games, as we look at the data and market specifics to create games that are likely to do well there.

What is the most important element that goes into creating an outstanding slot?

I wouldn’t point to just one element. What’s important is cohesion of all the main game elements. Once you really nail the game mechanics, game dynamics and visual representation, you’ve got a winner.

How do you measure the success of your games at ALL FOR ONE?

As a data-led studio, we of course pay close attention to all the KPIs used widely in the gaming industry to measure game performance. Beyond that, when we see that a particular game stands out because we’ve found the right theme and the right mechanics to really resonate with the player, then it’s time to crack open the champagne.

What has been your key release of 2024?

I am very proud of the 3 Powers of Zeus: POWER COMBOÔ  game we developed. It’s a high-quality production that uses an extension of the same POWER COMBO mechanic we created and introduced with Kings of CrystalsÔ  back in 2022, and which has brought us further success with Eggz!Ô  and Queens of RaÔ.

We’ve produced several great high-quality games this year, including ChickenvilleÔ  and Sky RaidersÔ as well as 6 Tokens of Gold Mystery JokerÔ. However, the year isn’t over yet, so let’s watch the space and see who ends up taking the top spot for our best release of 2024.

What is on the horizon for ALL FOR ONE’s 2024 roadmap and beyond?

We’ve set ourselves the bold goal of releasing at least one game per month going forward, so there are plenty of new titles on the way with a variety of themes and mechanics. A couple of the headliners are Kings of Crystals IIÔ which is a continuation of the Kings of Crystals series, and of course Inferno Fortunes: Rising RewardsÔ, which we created in collaboration with Triple Edge Studios.
