How Will SlotsCalendar Pick the Winner?

The campaign starts on the 14th of December 2022 and ends on the 14th of January 2023. The winner will be announced on the 15th of January. The winner will be selected using Random.org, and the draw will be streamed live on SlotsCalendar’s Youtube page.

Terms and Conditions

1. The organizer of this campaign is GSH ONLINE MEDIA, based in Romania, Bucharest, on Titus Street no.16.
2. The terms and conditions presented below are binding for all participants. It is mandatory that participants comply with the terms and conditions of the promotion, which are mentioned below.
3. Only individuals (not legal entities, other companies etc) who possess a valid ID and are at least 18 years old can participate in the campaign.
4. SlotsCalendar representatives are not eligible for prizes.
5. The organizer can check at any time if a person complies with these regulations. If the organizer finds or is made aware of (a) violations or non-compliance with the regulation or non-compliance with the conditions set for participation in the Campaign, or (b) has indication of suspicious or illegal practices, fraud, sabotage or disruption, or attempts them, of any kind to the image or reputation of the Campaign and the organizer, the organizer may proceed to suspend/cancel and withdraw the rights, benefits or prizes as the case may be, and/or disqualify the participants involved, even the winners. In all cases in which it exercises this priority, the organizer does not owe any compensation or payment to the disqualified participant.
6. The organizer reserves the right to prohibit any participation in the campaign which is carried out in violation of these regulations and not grant or withdraw prizes to participants who violate the conditions.
7. In case of disqualification of the winner, the draw is renewed.
8. The competition is between 14.12.2022-14.01.2023.
9. The winner will be selected in a random draw using Random.org. The winner will be drawn on 16.01.2023 and will be available on the SlotsCalendar’s Youtube Channel.
10. Each point accumulated during the campaign represents a chance to win. The number of points each participant gets will be equal to the number of times his name will be entered in the document where the draw is made.
11. You can have more chances if you accumulate more points. Points are awarded if you Join our newsletter (1 point), Like our Facebook page (1 point), Follow us on Instagram (1 point), Subscribe to our Youtube Channel (1 point), Refer your friends (4 points, maximum 3 referrals), Follow us on TikTok (1 point).
12. A participant cannot accumulate more than 17 points.
13. The winner will receive an email notification and will have 7 days to confirm. After the expiration term of 7 days from the day of contact by SlotsCalendar, the participant cannot claim his prize.
14. The prize is an Xbox Series X with the Fifa 23 game.
15. SlotsCalendar will ship the Xbox. The details will be discussed by e-mail ([email protected]).
16. The prize is given to the participant based on the conclusion of a handover-acceptance report and the presentation of the ID. The Winner needs to offer a copy of his ID.
17. A participant can only win one Xbox Series X  + FIFA 23.
18. SlotsCalendar offers the winnings.
19. The organizer does not assume the responsibility to fix the vices of any nature that the objects constituting the prizes might have. If the Organizer finds, after awarding the prize, that the winning Participant has not fulfilled all the conditions stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, it reserves the right to invalidate them and to request a return to the previous situation by regaining possession of the prize already handed out or its equivalent, as well as the related expenses incurred by the Organizer in connection with handing over the prize, if applicable. In these circumstances, the Organizer will not be held liable and will not owe compensation for any damages. Any delivery costs related to the return of the prize are the responsibility of the invalid winning Participant.
20. In the event of a dispute, SlotsCalendar’s word is final.
21. SlotsCalendar reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions of the competition at any time.
22. By providing the data necessary to take possession of the prizes, the winners express their specific and absolute CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.
23. By registering and participating in this Campaign, the Participants declare that they agree with the requirements of these Terms and Conditions and agree that their personal data will be entered into the Organizer’s database (with the identification data mentioned above) to be processed and used by the company (personally or by proxy) for purposes such as: announcing the winners, publishing the list of winners, handing out prizes to the winners, registering and validating the winners of the Contest and running the Campaign.
24. The organizer complies with the provisions of Law no. 190/2018 of Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of personal data of Participants stored during the Contest and after it. As such, the Organizer will keep the personal data of the Contest Participants confidential and process it according to the legislation in effect.
25. This Campaign may cease and/or be interrupted in the event of the occurrence of an event that constitutes a case of force majeure, according to the legislation in effect, as well as in the event of the Organizer’s impossibility, for reasons independent of its will, to continue this Campaign.
26. The images used in the communication materials are for presentation purposes. The organizer does not assume responsibility for any inconsistencies concerning the design, colour, shape, size, etc.
27. Any complaints about the campaign’s running can be sent to the following address: [email protected] until 14.01.2023. After this date, the Organizer will not consider any appeal.
28. Complaints regarding the prize won after the signing of the handover-acceptance report will not be considered by the Organizer.
29. Unawarded prizes will remain in possession of the Organizer, who can voluntarily dispose of them in the mode they think is in accordance with their interests.
30. Only confirmed email addresses are eligible for prizes.
31. Only one registration per IP is accepted.
