Hi, I am Anthony Giannini, Tech Design Lead at the studio. I have over 20 years of gaming experience with 11 of those years specifically in land-based and online slots. I have been with Fortune Factory Studios since it was founded. I focus on art and animation for our games here, and I particularly enjoy creating exciting visual effect sequences.
What was your highlight for 2022?
We produced some great games in 2022 that we are very excited about, starting with Wolf Blaze™ Megaways™. Another game that is doing extremely well is Gold Blitz™.
Your first release for 2023 is Wolf Blaze™ Megaways™; what can you tell us about this title?
Wolf Blaze™ Megaways™ is a stunning wolf-themed game with exciting visual effects set in an expansive Pacific Northwest environment. The game features Megaways ™ with Rolling Reels™ and a top slider reel with wild symbols. In addition, the game features free spins with infinite escalating multipliers, full retriggers, and a persistent pot collect feature. Players collect coins every time a wild symbol appears in base or free spins for a chance to trigger a match three pick feature for one of the 4x bet jackpots up to 5000x.
What are your favorite features within the game?
I really enjoy the pot collect feature. I love seeing the coins collect into the pot and filled over time! I also particularly enjoy how the energy levels increase as you collect more coins; it creates a lot of anticipation and excitement.
Can you explain to us how the Rolling Reels™ engine works?
Rolling Reels™ is active in both the base game and free spins. All symbols involved in winning combinations are removed, remaining symbols settle to the bottom of the reels, and new symbols drop in to fill all empty positions. New winning combinations can then occur and the cycle repeats until no more wins occur.

Do you have any specific plans for the company in 2023 beyond the games themselves?
We are always looking at new technologies and ways to help us be more efficient and productive when it comes to how we develop games. We are always improving our game development platform to optimize graphics loading for mobile devices and incorporate more advanced rendering technologies. One area that we are excited about exploring more is AI and how we can incorporate that into game development.
