Tell us a bit about yourself. Who are you and what is your role at Pascal Gaming
I am the CPO at Pascal Gaming. My role includes the company’s product strategy, new product development, and technical innovation. My team is working on all the new product development projects, design, and technical solutions, as well as the research on new market trends and innovation, with an aim of analysis and application of new technologies in our products.
How did you first start in the gambling industry? What were the initial challenges?
My experience in the industry exceeds 10 years, including leading development and product teams. I have been responsible for the development and successful launch of more than 100 iGaming B2B and B2C products: from games to operational platforms.

At the same time working in our industry provides unlimited opportunities for creativity and builds up a particular kind of mindset that helps build a really strong team.
If you weren’t in the gambling industry, what other industry would you want to work in?
I believe I would choose either the pharmaceutical sphere or medicine. They differ from the gambling industry a lot, however, they correspond to my mindset and nature.
