Tell us a bit about yourself. Who are you and what is your role at Aviatrix?
My name is Mikalai Pobal, and I’m the Business Development Manager here at Aviatrix.
How did you first start in the gambling industry? What were the initial challenges?
We had done our proper research, but to be honest, nothing can prepare you until you’re actually in it. We knew we were going to design an NFT crash game, so evidently, we were looking at what companies in and around us were doing. Our initial challenges were trying to create a final product that would stand out from the rest. We did not want to be known as a company that just recycles already existing ideas. We wanted to find our unique selling point, and I believe we finally did when we came up with Aviatrix.
With so many game studios on the market, what do you think is the biggest differentiator for Aviatrix?
In a pretty crowded game market, it was important for us to separate ourselves from the very beginning. Our crash game is far from basic. We wanted to create an experience rather than a time-killing game to play when you’re bored. We spent a lot, and I do mean A LOT, of time making sure the designs reflected our vision accordingly. The interface needed to be captivating from the player’s first glance to the very end of the flight.
Can you please tell us what is the key to successful wins on Aviatrix? We are sure our readers would like to know how to improve their game!
Ha! If only it were that simple… Apologies if I’m going to break anyone’s heart right now, but there’s no secret formula to winning. We use a system that ensures complete randomness during flights to keep it as fair as possible. Our advice to players with itchy hands who want to win some more: keep playing and gather some valuable XP. Higher XP offers a competitive edge over your opponents. The more XP you’ve gathered, the higher your chances are to win even bigger amounts of money in both daily and network tournaments.
What are your top 3 favorite features from Aviatrix? Can you please tell us the reasons behind your choices?
I’d say my favorite 3 features would be the very same 3 features that we created in order to go against the grain and stand out from the rest of the competition. NFT integration was our biggest accomplishment. Players use their own aircraft, which are actual NFTs. We’ve got big plans to allow users to move their game assets from one operator to another, and trade them in the built-in marketplace. The other two that I would say are my favorite features are customization and engagement-based loyalty mechanics. In terms of customization, players can choose to modify their aircraft, both body and other parts, according to whatever color they desire. It’s a lot more than just a simple crash game. Everyone at Aviatrix is really proud of what we’ve accomplished.
What is the most important aspect of a crash game from your perspective?
The most important aspect? It has to work! (laughs) There are many different aspects that go into a successful crash game, and different studios have different priorities. Aviatrix stands out from the rest of the crash games and makes players come back. We were looking to build an experience that would retain users, and we placed the highest importance on making sure that the gameplay was optimized to really immerse our players.
Is there any way to predict if a flight is going to be profitable or not?
It wouldn’t be a very successful gambling crash game if you could, would it? Every flight taking off is eventually going to crash, that is a fundamental truth of crash games. The trick is finding the sweet spot of when it’s going to eventually go down, and make sure you act accordingly. It’s all up to chance rather than trying to find loopholes.
Looking to the future, what is the next big release Aviatrix is planning?
We’re always looking ahead to see how we can improve. We’re constantly researching and preparing new features and events for our players. We don’t want to give too much away; we believe in the positivity of surprises! However, our players can rest assured that much more is coming their way.
Do you have any advice for those who would like to work in the gambling/ e-gaming industry?
Believe in yourselves. I know it sounds cheesy, but it’s the truth. What separates a great idea from a great product is the ability to materialize that idea and throw it out into the world. You will doubt yourselves and doubt your games, but with enough belief, you’ll enjoy your success!
If you weren’t in the gambling industry, what other industry would you want to work in?
Maybe I’d be a singer? Who knows! It’s a tough question to answer, honestly. I’ve been so focused on the gambling industry that it’s really the best thing I love. I enjoy working in this domain. I’ve met some fantastic people, not least of all my Aviatrix family.
Is there anything you would like to transmit to those who support Aviatrix, before we say goodbye?
We couldn’t have done a single thing without you. You are the reason we work tirelessly to ensure that Aviatrix delivers the best possible experience. Thank you for believing in us, and we hope to keep repaying you with fantastic experiences!
