Can you please describe your daily routine in the workplace?
It is hard to get a glimpse of our daily routine just by describing it with a few sentences but I can assure you that the team spirit and professionalism could be felt all around.
Most of the day is spent doing the core part of the job. All teams work closely with one another so Artists, Developers, Mathematicians, Programmers, QA and Publisher will all help and benefit one another. When we work, we work hard, but still, we find time for some fun. At lunch, all of us gather in the kitchen area to eat and chatter. Throughout the day, there may be additional meetings among the game production teams where we review our processes, get inspired, make additional plans or make specific decisions about different areas of the games.
Тhe office environment contributes to the whole atmosphere. The space is modern, big and light, located in a communicative place, very close to the centre of the city and with a great view to Vitosha mountain. The beautiful place and the positive attitude boosts our mood and inspires us to be productive, innovative and creative throughout the whole day.
What game mechanics do you like the most in an online slot machine?
We believe in high quality, really care about the details and our main goal is the player’s experience with the game. In our games, we are bringing new game mechanics that are based on our observations of the player’s preferences and what they love. We add new features, make them richer but at the same time easy to understand and track. We usually gather at the “round table“, pour a glass of nice whiskey and start brainstorming. We talk about the idea and the concept of the game, everyone shares their piece of thought and finally, we vote on the direction and the theme of the game.
Our master mathematicians turn all the numbers into a unique logic that our players would follow and enjoy while playing. Our top-notch art team turn all words and ideas into great visuals. Then the programmers develop the game using some magic codes, the QA team with their attention to detail test the game for issues and bugs. And lastly, after we have polished our game and we’ve made sure that it is our next best-produced product, it is ready to go on the market for all our players to enjoy playing it, as much as we enjoyed creating it!
What about any inside funny stories, do you have something to share with us?
Many different personalities, with different interests, came together to create the best existing team ever! We have a great sense of humour and the fun in the office is not a myth. We have our inside jokes and stories but they are not for such a big audience. I can assure you that if you visit our office just for a day, you will feel the light atmosphere.
What are your hobbies?
Most of us have different hobbies, but all of us love the mountains. In Bulgaria there are a lot of places where you can go and enjoy the beautiful nature, we like skiing, biking, swimming and long walks. We always find the time to re-charge at the weekends and have the motivation and the power to create and develop in the following week.
If you weren’t in the gambling industry, what other industry would you want to work in?
As I mentioned above we have people with great working experience in the gambling industry. In times like these, where the technologies and everything around us develops, this industry is thriving. We do what we are best at and at this moment no one can imagine doing or working anywhere else.
Any future releases our readers (players) should look forward to trying?
